QWERTY key boards are designed to minimize this effect. The layout of these keyboards is such that minimum stress is exerted on the hand joints. According to medical researches, QWERTY keyboards and quite effective in preventing the weakening of hand joints.

MINI keyboards
These keyboards are smaller as well as lighter than a normal keyboard. They are similar to a laptop keyboard in terms of appearance and are preferred by laptop users mostly. It is hard for frequent laptop users to work on a desktop system. However a MINI keyboard makes the task comparatively easy. These keyboards are mostly wireless to provide a higher level of comfort.
